A BRIEF HISTORY AND DESCRIPTION
BY: RICHARD S. CARDARELLI, PRESIDENT We are a proud family owned and operated company. Our business dates back to 1960 when my father and uncle started Cardwell Construction Co. They incorporated in 1964, and since that time have continuously demonstrated successful management in good standing with the Better Business Bureau and the Rochester Business Alliance (Chamber of Commerce). My father served as V.P. for the Henrietta Chamber of Commerce, and I was recently elected to the HCC Board of Directors. My brother Rod and I are proud to carry on our family tradition of quality, professionalism and value to each and every customer. Our other capabilities include a modern fleet of vehicles, including: paving, sealcoating and related construction equipment to do a professional job. Based on this background and descriptive information regarding our beginnings, management, staff and equipment, we are confident that we can efficiently and properly meet our customers' needs and requirements, now and in the future.
