Cardwell Construction Company, Inc. is a family owned and operated asphalt paving and sealcoating company in Rochester, NY. The company was started in 1960 by brothers Bob and Dick Cardarelli. Rick Cardarelli, now serving as the second generation president, along with his brother Rod are proud to carry on the family tradition of quality, professionalism and value to each and every customer.

The employees of Cardwell Construction are committed to providing quality and expert services to both residential and commercial customers throughout the area. In addition to asphalt paving and sealcoating of driveways, parking lots and private roadways, our other services include but are not limited to: milling, hot crack filling, striping, catch basins, drainage, curbing, concrete, sidewalks and patios.
