At the Newport Highlands community, which is managed by Landsman Real Estate Services, the tenants were dealing with bad, broken (allegated) pavement in the roadways throughout the complex. Cardwell Construction was hired to resolve their issues and provide them with newly paved areas. This process included milling the existing pavement approximately 1 ½” and replacing with two lifts of asphalt topping (1/2” shim and 1” final course). The final outcome was a new, smooth driving surface that will last approximately 15 years depending on the use.
