Sealcoating

Why bother sealing asphalt driveways and parking lots?

New pavement is like raw wood, unsealed pavement is susceptible to gasoline, oil spills and oxidation. Sealer is impervious to petroleum products and slows down oxidation. The sun will oxidize (dry out) asphalt and cause cracks/allegation and eventually the pavement will fall apart.

Your pavement should be sealed on a scheduled basis. The first sealing should take place within twelve months of the initial installation and every twenty four months thereafter. It is a small expense in retrospect to your original investment and will keep your pavement intact and looking nice!

Cardwell Construction has been a household name in our home since 1983 when we purchased our first residence.  Since that time, Rick and his crew have provided service to every home we’ve owned. We have always found the entire experience of working with Cardwell to be professional from start to finish.  Their price is always fair and the quality of their service excellent.
